The site serves as an online platform for purchasing event photos, subscribing to personal cloud storage and sharing services, and a social system allowing users to communicate with each other via messages and photo comments.

Use of the site is subject to the following terms and constitutes consent to all that is stated herein.

 

 

1. Description of Services on the Site

 

 

1.1 Single photo purchase – You can purchase photos from events you attended, with a one-time payment, and download them in high quality.

 

1.2 Monthly subscription for cloud storage and personal albums – The site offers three monthly subscription plans:

 

• Basic plan – ₪63.90 per month, includes up to 100 photos or up to 1 GB of cloud storage.

• Value plan – ₪89.90 per month, includes up to 2 GB of cloud storage and support for video files.

• Mega album – ₪149.90 per month, includes up to 3.5 GB of cloud storage.

 

 

1.3 Social system – Registered users can send private messages, comment on others’ photos, and view public galleries as permitted.

 

1.4 Personal cloud storage – Each subscriber receives personal cloud storage space to upload private photos and manage personal albums.

 

 

2. Registration and Privacy

 

 

2.1 To use the site’s services, you must register with a valid email address and phone number.

 

2.2 The personal information you provide is required for authentication and contact purposes and will not be transferred to third parties, unless required by law or for service fulfillment.

 

2.3 The site uses cookies for proper operation and to improve the user experience.

 

 

3. Payments and Cancellation Policy

 

 

3.1 Single photo purchase – Payment is one-time and made at the time of purchase.

 

3.2 Monthly subscription – The charge is automatically renewed each month until canceled by the user.

 

3.3 The prices published on the site at the time of purchase are the binding prices. The company may update the prices at any time at its sole discretion.

 

3.4 Subscription cancellation will be done via the account management page on the site or by contacting customer service, and will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

 

3.5 A refund for a photo purchase will be given only if the file is materially defective, subject to the company’s review, if a request is submitted within 7 days of purchase along with proof.

 

3.6 Refunds for subscriptions will not be given for periods already charged, even if the service was not actually used.

 

4. Site Conduct Rules

 

 

4.1 The user undertakes not to post or send content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, racist, pornographic, or that violates the rights of others.

 

4.2 The company reserves the right to remove content and block users who violate these rules, without a refund and at its sole discretion.

 

 

5. Liability and Limitation of Liability

 

 

5.1 The company makes every effort to provide a proper and available service, but malfunctions and downtimes may occur.

 

5.2 The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from the use of the site or unavailability of the services.

 

5.3 The user is responsible for backing up the data uploaded to their account. The company is not responsible for any data loss for any reason.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

 

6.1 All rights to the site, including design, text, photos, code, and other content, belong to the company or third parties who have granted it permission.

 

6.2 It is forbidden to copy, distribute, duplicate, or use any content from the site without prior written consent from the company.

 

7. Changes to the Terms

 

 

7.1 The company may update and change these terms at any time at its discretion.

 

7.2 The updated terms will be published on the site, and continued use of the site constitutes consent to the updated terms.

 

 

8. Limitations on Claims and Indemnification

 

 

8.1 The user agrees that any claim or demand arising from the use of the site shall be submitted personally only, and not as a class action or group claim.

 

8.2 The user explicitly waives any right to file a class action against the company or anyone on its behalf regarding anything arising from the use of the site.

 

8.3 The user undertakes to indemnify the company, its employees, managers, and representatives for any damage, expense, or payment incurred by them as a result of a violation of these terms or the law by the user.
